Passionate bloggers always read the “comments”. Hurried ones don’t. Often the comments are better than the blogs.
One such is from “suburban life” and makes comment on my blog of yesterday:
“In my grandmother’s village, the women tended the fields and sang in sequence – one would sing a line from a song, then another and another and they would sing the chorus altogether – this was in 1950s Hungary, and it was beautiful, probably a song they had learned as little girls hearing their mothers sing as they worked. it was magical!
Thanks for the reminder. :-)”
