I tried to rig up a photo that seemed a bit spooky for your Halloween mini-terrors. Here it is!
From the mesa top I spotted an unexpected railroad track.
Here’s a cliff I climbed – to see what was on the other side.
The amazing thing about the Hassayampa River is that it flows underground for hundreds of miles – until the rainy seasons come. Then it surfaces fr a spell as a raging torrent. Then, back to its times of rest. On the surface, that is.
