Skeleton of Saguaro…

Up in the White Tank mountains of Arizona, I came upon this old, dead Saguaro. Not much left but the bones of this noble cactus.

Wolf Stump…

This tree, deep in the Hassayampa forest, was struck by lightening. The shattered stump reminded me of a wolf. Alone. Grizzled. Frightening. A child of nature.
